What's for lunch? Some of your morning's trout fried in
traditional batter
plus several other dishes - all served on the river bank.
Our shore lunches feed you well without taking you off the water for
more than an hour. Your shore lunch includes an appetizer like BLT sandwiches, your fresh
trout fried in traditional corn meal batter, another meat dish such as smoked pork
tenderloin, hot side dishes like special BBQ smoked beans, cold salads such as a three
bean salad and cole slaw, and a hot desert such as smoked peach cobbler, or cherry pie.
And of course, it is all served with a heaping helping of Southern Hospitality!

Breakfast includes eggs, toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy,
cereal, juice, coffee, or a menu prepared for your special dietary needs.
Dinners include large cuts of prime steaks, pork chops, chicken, hot
and cold side dishes, deserts, and beverages. Let us know what your group wants and we'll
prepare it!
